Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is the medical and pharmacy provider. Anthem will provide your pharmacy coverage with the support of their pharmacy benefit manager, CarelonRx.

ANTHEM IN-NETWORK LAB CORP LAB LOCATIONS

LabCorp is the in-network provider to be used for lab services.  Find a Lab Near You or Schedule an Appointment Online.                  Please Note:   Sentara Labs and Quest Labs are out of network with Anthem. 

Health Plan Options

There are three medical plans offered, and a fourth option that is available to out of state employees.  The plan names identify the applicable deductible and which plan includes the health savings account (HSA) benefit.  An HSA is a tax-advantage medical savings account that can be used for paying eligible medical, dental and vision expenses.
